AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS UNITS OF SEANERGY MARITIME CORP. | ||
New York,September 25, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today lists the units of Seanergy Maritime Corp. under the ticker symbol SRG.U. The offering size is 22M units at $10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $220M (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading. Maxim Group LLC is lead underwriter on the IPO. Seanergy Maritime Corp. was recently organized for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, stock purchase, asset acquisition or other similar business combination with an unidentified operating business.
