AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS CITIGROUP FUNDING INC.’S STOCK MARKET UPTURN NOTES BASED UPON THE S&P 500 INDEX

New York, June 25, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Citigroup Funding Inc.’s Stock Market Upturn Notes Based Upon the S&P 500 Index.

Priced at $10.00 per unit with an initial offer size of 2,295,000 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol SRU and has a maturity date of October 06, 2009.
