AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS UNITS OF TM ENTERTAINMENT AND MEDIA, INC. | ||
New York, October 18, 2007 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today lists the units of TM Entertainment and Media, Inc. under the ticker symbol TMI.U. The offering size is 9 million units at $8.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $72 million (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option). One unit equals one share of common stock and one warrant. Initially, the units will be the only security trading. The IPO’s lead underwriter is Pali Capital, Inc. with Maxim Group LLC as co-manager.
