AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS UNITS OF TRIAN ACQUISITION I CORP. | ||
New York, January 24, 2008 — The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today listed the units of Trian Acquisition I Corp. under the ticker symbol TUX.U. The offering size is 80,000,000 units at $10.00 per unit for gross proceeds of $800,000,000 (excluding the underwriters’ over-allotment option). Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one warrant to purchase an additional share of common stock. Initially, the units will be the only security trading. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Merrill Lynch & Co. served as joint bookrunning managers of the offering and Maxim Group LLC served as co-manager. | ||
