AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE TO TRADE OPTIONS ON ULTRASHORT QQQ PROSHARES EXCHANGE TRADED FUND

New York, October 30, 2007— The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) will launch trading in options on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 on the following Amex-listed exchange traded fund:

• UltraShort QQQ ProShares (Amex: QID)

UltraShort QQQ ProShares options will open with strike prices of 30 - 40 (1 pt increments) and position limits of 25,000,000 shares. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle. The specialist will be AGS/STR/OTA. UltraShort QQQ ProShares is an exchange traded fund incorporated in the USA. The Fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to twice (200%) the inverse (opposite) of the daily performance of the NASDAQ-100 Index.
