AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS MORGAN STANLEY’S 12% SPARQS LINKED TO WEATHERFORD INTERNATIONAL LTD.

New York, June 24, 2008 - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) opened trading on Morgan Stanley’s 12% SPARQS Linked to Weatherford International Ltd.

Priced at $11.6825 per unit with an initial offer size of 1,098,788 units, this equity trades under the ticker symbol WVK and has a maturity date of July 20, 2009.
