AMERICAN STOCK EXCHANGE LISTS COMMON STOCK OF WIDEPOINT CORPORATION

New York, September 26, 2006 -  The American Stock Exchange (Amex) today listed the common stock of WidePoint Corporation under the ticker symbol WYY.

WidePoint is a technology-based provider of product and services to both the government sector and commercial markets. The Company specializes in providing systems engineering, information technology services and information assurance in the form of credentialing services and PKI eAuthentication.
