AMEX TO TRADE OPTIONS ON FOUR SECURITIES

New York, July 2, 2003 -  The American Stock Exchange (Amex) will launch trading in options on Thursday, July 3, 2003 on the following Nasdaq Stock Market and New York Stock Exchange listed stocks of:

  • American Healthways, Inc. (Option Symbol: QMH/Stock Symbol: AMHC)
  • Priceline.Com Incorporated (Option Symbol: PUZ/Stock Symbol: PCLND)
  • Owens-Illinois, Inc. (Symbol: OI)
  • USG Corporation (Symbol: USG)

    American Healthways, Inc. options open with position limits of 31,500 contracts. The options will trade on the February expiration cycle. The specialist will be Tanstaafl Research & Trading, LLC. American Healthways, Inc. provides specialized, comprehensive diabetes and cardiac disease management services to physicians, health plans and hospitals.

    Priceline.Com Incorporated options open with position limits of 75,000 contracts. The options will trade on the January expiration cycle. The specialist will be Knight Financial Products, LLC. Priceline.com Incorporated enables consumers to use the Internet to save money on a variety of products and services. The Company's product allows customers to name their own price on products or services and communicates that demand directly to participating sellers or to their private databases.

    Owens-Illinois, Inc. options open with position limits of 60,000 contracts. The options will trade on the February expiration cycle. The specialist will be LaBranche Structured Products, LLC. Owens-Illinois, Inc. manufactures plastic and glass packaging products.

    USG Corporation options open with position limits of 60,000 contracts. The options will trade on the February expiration cycle. The specialist will be AGS Specialist, LLC. USG Corporation, through its subsidiaries, manufactures and distributes building materials.
