Amex Lists TARGETS Linked to the Common Stock NEW YORK - The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today began trading Salomon Smith Barney 11% Targeted Growth Enhanced Terms Securities (TARGETS) Trust XIV with respect to the common stock of The Walt Disney Company. The three-year, $85 million issue is listed under the ticker symbol TDN and will mature on February 15, 2005. The securities, which have a face value of $10.00, offer a potential for growth and income. At maturity, the issuer will pay the sum of the initial principal amount of $10 per TARGETS and a stock return payment, which may be positive, zero or negative.
