Eaton Vance Insured Pennsylvania Municipal Bond Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income tax, including alternative minimum tax, and Pennsylvania state and local taxes in the form of an investment exempt from Pennsylvania personal property taxes, through a portfolio of municipal obligations. During normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal obligations, the interest of which is exempt from federal income tax, including alternative minimum tax, and Pennsylvania state and local taxes, and that are insured as to principal and interest payments. |
