Eaton Vance Insured Massachusetts Municipal Bond Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company whose investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income tax, including alternative minimum tax, in the form of an investment exempt from Massachusetts personal income tax. During normal market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets will be invested in municipal obligations, the interest on which is exempt from federal income tax, including alternative minimum tax, and in the form of an investment exempt from Massachusetts personal income tax, and that are insured as to principal and interest payments. |
