Roberts Realty Investors, Inc., a self-administered, self-managed equity real estate investment trust, develops, constructs, owns, and manages multifamily apartment communities, neighborhood retail centers, and one office building, all of which are located in Georgia. Roberts Realty conducts its business through Roberts Properties Residential, LP, the operating partnership; this operating partnership owns all of the properties directly or indirectly through wholly-owned subsidiaries. As of March 23, 2009, Roberts Realty owns a 81.1% interest in the operating partnership and is its sole general partner. Roberts Realty owns the following properties: Grand Pavilion, a 62,323-square-foot retail center located in Johns Creek; Bassett Shopping Center, a 19,949-square-foot retail center located directly across from the Mall of Georgia in Gwinnett County; Spectrum at the Mall of Georgia, a 30,050-square-foot retail center located directly across from the Mall of Georgia in Gwinnett County; Addison Place Shops, a 39,205-square-foot retail center in lease-up located at the entrance to the Addison Place apartment community in Johns Creek; Northridge Office Building, a 37,864-square-foot building in Sandy Springs, GA. The company also has properties under development. Formed in 1994, Roberts Realty Investors, Inc. maintains its headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.
