The Program Management segment manages various programs, including Air Force Title II work to support the rebuilding efforts; personal services support contract with the U.S. Corps of Engineers to manage personnel; renovation construction work; and construction management services. The CEP segment provides support for regulatory compliance programs involving air, water, chemical, and transportation industries. This segment also offers support to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other municipal entities to help with environmental compliance, biological assessments, and resource management, as well as provides technical risk assessments for pollution prevention. The Professional Services segment provides on-site environmental management and professional services to Department of Defense installations and industrial facilities. The National Security segment engages in the development, testing, and manufacturing of personal protection equipment; and the provision of materials testing services to the U.S. government and to private industries, as well as other laboratory services, including evaluation of new chemical agent detection instrumentation, chemical agent decontamination and destruction techniques, site remediation/environmental cleanup support, analysis of environmental samples of air, soil, and water, and testing of personal protective systems for component survivability. This segment also provides nuclear, chemical, and biological test and evaluation services to the West Desert Test Center. The company was founded in 1969 and is based in Springfield, Virginia.
