Description

The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Sabrient Defensive Equity Index. The Sabrient Defensive Equity Index (SBRDE) is an equal-dollar weighted index designed to identify companies with potentially superior risk-return profiles during periods of market weakness, but still offering potential appreciation during periods of market strength. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the benchmark index for the fund can be fully matched.
