The First Trust DB Strategic Value Index Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the price and yield of the Deutsche Bank CROCI US + Index. The CROCI US + Index is an equal dollar weighted index reflecting the total return performance of forty stocks selected from a pool of the 251 largest market capitalization stocks in the S&P 500 Index and excluding financial companies. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the benchmark index for the fund can be fully matched.
