The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Value Line Dividend Index. The Value LineŽ Dividend Index (VLFVD) is an equal-dollar weighted index comprised of U.S. exchange listed securities of companies that pay above-average dividends and have the potential for capital appreciation. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the benchmark index for the fund can be fully matched.
