Description
The investment objective of the SPDR® S&P® International Industrial Sector ETF (IPN) is to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index that tracks the industrial sector of developed global markets outside the United States. The Fund uses a passive management strategy and "sampling" methodology designed to track the total return performance of the S&P(R)/Citigroup BMI World ex-US Industrial Sector Index (the "Industrial Index") capped to meet U.S. Internal Revenue Code requirements. The Industrial Index represents the non-U.S. industrial sub-industry of developed countries included in the BMI Global Index.

Additional Information

Exchange traded funds are subject to risks similar to those of stocks. Investment returns will fluctuate and are subject to market volatility, so that an investor's shares, when redeemed or sold, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Investments in foreign investments may incur greater risks than domestic investments. Past performance is no guarantee of future results.

An investor should consider investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses before investing. To obtain a prospectus, which contains this and other information, click here for a prospectus or call 1-866-787-2257. Please read the prospectus carefully before investing.

State Street Global Markets, LLC, member NASD, SIPC, is distributor for SPDR Funds.

Shares of the SPDR Funds are not insured by the FDIC or by another governmental agency; they are not obligations of the FDIC nor are they deposits or obligations of or guaranteed by State Street Bank and Trust Company. The SPDR Funds pay State Street Bank and Trust Company for its services as investment advisor, custodian, transfer agent and shareholder servicing agent.

The investment return and principal value of an investment in the SPDR Funds will fluctuate in value, so that when shares are sold or redeemed they may be worth more or less than when they were purchased. In addition to the normal risks associated with equity investing, narrowly focused investments and investments in smaller companies typically exhibit higher volatility. International investments may involve risk of capital loss from unfavorable fluctuations in currency values, from differences in generally accepted accounting principles or from economic or political instability in other nations. Although SPDR Funds may be bought and sold on an exchange through any brokerage account, SPDR Funds are not individually redeemable from the Fund. Investors may acquire SPDR Funds and tender them for redemption through the Fund in Creation Unit Aggregations only.

SPDR Funds are not sponsored, endorsed, sold, or promoted by Standard & Poor's or Citigroup Inc. Neither do these companies make any representation regarding the advisability of investing in SPDR Funds.
