| The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Ocean Tomo 300 Patent Index. The Ocean Tomo 300 Patent Index (OTPAT) is a market capitalization weighted index comprised of 300 publicly traded companies that own quality patent portfolios. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the benchmark index for the fund can be fully matched. |
