| The investment objective of OTR is to provide investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Ocean Tomo 300 Patent Growth Index (OTPATG). The index is comprised of 60 stocks selected from a universe of U.S. listed companies. The universe includes the 300 companies that comprise the Ocean Tomo 300 Patent Index without limit on market capitalization, but which are primarily mid-to-large capitalization companies with capitalization in excess of $1 billion. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the Index can be fully matched. |
