The PowerShares Dynamic Media Portfolio seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dynamic Media Intellidex Index. The Dynamic Media Intellidex Index is a modified equal dollar weighted Index designed to identify stocks within the media industry that have capital appreciation potential using a proprietary stock selection and portfolio construction methodology. Each quarter 30 stocks are selected from a custom media industry universe created using detailed research provided by Revere Data LLC. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the benchmark index for the fund can be fully matched.
