The PowerShares Dynamic Large Cap Value Portfolio seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Dynamic Large Cap Value Intellidex Index. The Index includes 50 component stocks that represent the large cap value segment of the universe of the two thousand largest stocks by market capitalization of companies listed for trading on the American Stock Exchange, New York Stock Exchange or quoted on the Nasdaq National Market. There is no assurance that the price and yield performance of the benchmark index for the fund can be fully matched.
