Gifted Investment Strategist Joins Eastern Point Advisors Mutual..

 LYNNFIELD, Mass., Dec 22, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Eastern Point Advisors, Inc., the investment advisory subsidiary of Investors Capital Holdings (AMEX: ICH), today announced that Marshall Acuff was recently welcomed as the newest member of Eastern Point Advisors Funds Trust board of trustees. Eastern Point Advisors will be able to leverage Mr. Acuff's extensive experience as a financial strategist and analyst to set direction for the Advisors' two mutual funds, the Eastern Point Advisors Rising Dividend Growth Fund (ICRDX) and the Eastern Point Advisors Twenty Fund (ICTWX).
 Mr. Acuff, who presently serves as the head of the AMA Investment Counsel, built his prestigious career with Salomon Smith Barney from 1966-2001. While at Salomon Smith Barney, Mr. Acuff became the first individual on Wall Street to be designated portfolio strategist and established himself as a key contributor rising to the position of senior vice president and managing director during his tenure with the company.
 A fellow of the Association for Investment Management & Research, Mr. Acuff is a member of the CFA Institute and the New York Society of Security Analysts.
 Mr. Acuff is thirteen-time appointee to Institutional Investor Magazine's All-American Team and a regular participant in advanced investment seminars at Harvard and Princeton. He is frequently quoted by the media and has appeared on CNN, NBC, ABC, NKK, BBC and CNBC.
