| MERRIAM, Kan., Mar 14, 2007 (AP via COMTEX) -- H. Harry Bresky, the chairman and former chief executive officer of agribusiness conglomerate Seaboard Corp., died Sunday in Boston at age 81, the company said Tuesday. Bresky, who joined his father's flour milling business -- Seaboard's original focus -- in 1921, had served as chairman since 1973. He served as president and CEO from 1967 until last year, when his son, Steven, took over. The suburban Kansas City, Mo., company had announced earlier this year that H. Harry Bresky would not stand for re-election to the board. Seaboard, the nation's third-largest pork producer, reported $2.7 billion in sales last year, a total that also includes its dealings in international shipping, grain processing, energy production and commodity merchandising.
