| The Benchmarks By Design High Income Index (BBDLVL) is a modified equal-dollar weighted index which seeks to replicate results that correspond generally to the performance of a diversified basket of equities intended to provide dividend yields the greater of 90-day Treasury bills or 6.5% annually. The Index divisor was initially determined to yield a benchmark value of 1000.00 at the close of trading December 31, 2001. The Index was created by and is a trademark of, Benchmarks By Design, Inc.
