| Biotech BOXES Indicative Value Index |
| The Biotech BOXES Indicative Value Index (BTD) is designed to provide a per-share estimate of the value of the Biotech BOXES, which trade under the symbol BXB. The Biotech BOXES Indicative Value Index is based on the closing prices of the underlying stocks, plus an estimate of the accrued base coupon and an estimate of the accrued supplemental coupon amounts that have not yet been distributed to shareholders of the Biotech BOXES.
