| The B2B Internet HOLDRS Index (BUX) is an estimate of the per share value of the securities underlying one share of B2B Internet HOLDRS, which trade on The American Stock Exchange under the symbol BHH. The BUX Index is calculated based on the securities underlying a round lot of B2B Internet HOLDRS, adjusted to reflect the value for one share of BHH. The BUX Index originally included 20 companies that are involved in various aspects of the of the B2B (business to business) segment of the Internet industry.
