| Dynamic OTC Intellidex Index |
| The Dynamic OTC Intellidex Index (DYO) is a modified equal dollar weighted index composed of stocks selected quarterly based on a proprietary quantitative method. The components of the Dynamic OTC Intellidex Index are selected from the universe of the one thousand largest stocks by market capitalization of U.S. headquartered companies quoted on the Nasdaq National Market. The DYO index was established with a base value of 1000.00 at the close on February 28, 2003.
