| Dynamic Healthcare Sector Intellidex Index |
| The Dynamic Healthcare Sector Intellidex Index (EZX) is a modified equal dollar weighted Index designed to identify stocks within the healthcare sector that have capital appreciation potential using a proprietary stock selection and portfolio construction methodology. Each quarter sixty (60) stocks are selected from a custom healthcare universe created using proprietary research. The EZX index was established with a base value of 1000.00 at the close on February 28, 2003.
