| Value Line® Equity Allocation Index |
| The Value Line® Equity Allocation Index (VLFVI) is a modified equal-dollar weighted index comprised of approximately one hundred fifty (150) U.S. exchange listed securities of companies with capital appreciation potential. The index is rebalanced semi-annually on the fourth business day of the week containing the third Friday of February and August. The index divisor was initially determined to yield a benchmark value of 1000.00 at the close of trading on May 1, 2006. The index was created by, and is a trademark of, Value Line.
